Skip Hop Rolling Luggage Handle Is Too Loose and Won’t Stay in Place

During my business trip to Oman, I bought a Skip Hop rolling luggage for my daughter. Later, I noticed that the handle is not sturdy and does not stay fixed in its top position. Due to its looseness, it poses a risk of falling while my daughter is pulling it. Could you please provide a solution for this issue? My daughter loves it very much, and I hope to use it for many more years.

My problem has not been sold yet, I am not able to use bag since I bought it. Providing its plastic handle should not be such a big matter. Please kindly pay attention to my occasion which is so little for you but so important for me
