My daughter's Skip Hop "Zoo Stainless Steel Little Kid Straw Bottle" lock is broken. Since the spare part is not available in Turkey, we are unable to use the bottle. The lid does not close properly, causing water to leak, which makes it unusable for daily use. This is disappointing, as I chose this bottle for its durability and convenience. I don’t want to throw it away. Is there any way to fix it? Could you please send the spare part? I have come across many similar complaints about the lock breaking, so it seems like a common issue that needs to be addressed.
