My shoes' stitching came undone, and even though they're still under warranty, customer service said they won't replace them but will give me a refund instead. If it's a manufacturing defect, I just want a replacement of the same product. they said, we don't offer that service. these shoes, according to them were supposed to last forever but they totally fell apart at the seams. they're saying they'll only give me my money back instead of swapping out my busted shoes. How can just getting my money back fix my shoes falling apart? If the problem stems from the brand itself, shouldn't they be responsible for replacing my shoes with a brand-new pair? firmly believe that as a customer, I deserve better. It's not fair to be left without proper footwear, especially when it's a clear warranty issue. Man, I trusted this brand and their product, but now I'm stuck with busted shoes and no good fix.
