Skechers Sold Me Outdoor Shoes with Defective Sole and Refused Proper Examination

We shopped for family-size shoes from your Ankara Cepa store on September 8, 2024. ( Order No: 1-R-7-10994395 ) However, less than 3 months later, the sole of the shoe we bought for my son fell off. (Skech Air Envoy Sku: 237214 BBK Size: 7.5) Moreover, we chose this shoe because of its outdoor feature. The salesperson in the store advertised that it has special Goodyear soles that can be worn in the rain, in the snow, in the winter, in the mountains, and on the slopes. We took the product to the store where we bought it, and were told to send it to our headquarters for examination. While we thought the product was sent to the center and examined there, we learned that it was actually examined with photographs. I have been looking for a solution since November 8 for the product we purchased on September 8. We requested a product exchange and it was not accepted. We requested at least a physical examination, but this request was not met either. Now, in the middle of winter in Ankara, we have ₺5000 worth of products. My son goes to school in summer sneakers. As a company, we hope that you will stand behind your product and offer a satisfactory solution.
The company called and is trying to blame the defect on the consumer with ridiculous lies like you've exposed the shoes to water or washed them. I say I didn't wash them, they say the inspection department decided that way, and they claim that contact with water can damage outdoor shoes. I say I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board as a last resort, and they say then wait for the legal process. They are never solution-oriented.
