Skechers Sent Me Faulty Twisty Glow Kids Shoes and Refused to Replace Them
We bought lighted children's shoes with Twisty Glow Model from Skechers branded shoe company about 4-5 months ago. The light of the only pair of the lighted shoe was broken without using it for even 2 months. We called customer service and sent them to examine it, but they told us that it was not caused by production and that we made a mistake in usage. How can the child deteriorate in such a short time before wearing the shoe properly? They sent us the same broken shoes back. This shows that we have been wronged as customers. We bought lighted shoes before, we used them for 2 years without anything. We have been victimized in this regard. We will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board, we will do everything we can. Spending hundreds of liras on a shoe in its season and not being able to find its price is a situation that we cannot suit the brand. Please remove our victimization.
