Skechers Refused to Help After Their Men's Sports Shoes Hurt My Heel After 14 Days

I got a pair of Skechers men's sports shoes, and they fit great, but the heel is really stiff and started to hurt my foot after wearing them for a little while. My heel is messed up, so I can't wear them comfortably anymore. I reached out to the seller for help, but since 14 days had gone by, they wouldn’t provide any support. I get that shoes can have problems as time goes on, and it's pretty normal for defects to show up after they've been used, but they weren't willing to help just because the shoes had been worn. I thought I would get better service and help for a product that obviously caused me some pain and trouble.
