Skechers Blamed Me for Wear on My Shoes After Only 4 Months and Refused My Claim





I bought a pair of shoes from Skechers on April 4, 2024, and after just 4 months of wearing them, they began to show some wear and tear near my pinky toe. I asked for a review, hoping for a fair look at my situation, but Skechers pointed the finger at me, saying it was my fault for how I used it. They made the choice just from a photo, and my request got turned down. I don’t even have splayed feet, so this kind of wear shouldn’t be happening. If that was the situation, I could have gotten it. It seems like they brushed off my concern without really looking into it. I'm frustrated with how they aren't taking responsibility.
