Skechers New Shoe Purchase Disappointment

Following a friend's recommendation, I excitedly purchased two pairs of shoes from Skechers: Max Protect Legacy and D'lux Journey. I used the Max Protect Legacy model for about one month. However, within this short period, noticeable wear occurred near the lace holes. The other pair, the D'lux Journey model, was used for only two weeks, yet it developed even more severe problems. Deep cracks appeared on the front part of the shoe, and the edges of these cracks began to painfully press against my foot with each step. Despite minimal usage, both pairs developed significant issues, prompting me to request a return through Skechers' warranty service. Unfortunately, my warranty requests were denied. Even after sending the Max Protect Legacy model for warranty evaluation a second time, my request was once again rejected. As a student, my budget for shoes is limited, and I purchased these shoes expecting them to be durable and long-lasting. The Max Protect Legacy was bought for ₺3,749.31, and the D'lux Journey for ₺3,599.31. It is completely unacceptable for shoes in this price range to exhibit such serious problems after such brief usage, compounded by Skechers' three consecutive warranty rejections. My first experience with Skechers has been deeply disappointing, and after this experience, I have no intention of shopping from Skechers again. Since I have received no resolution from Skechers customer service, I am expressing my complaint here. Should my refund request continue to be denied, I will escalate the matter to consumer rights authorities.
