Skechers Go Walk 7 Heel Pain - Rigid Support Defect, Exchange Request

I purchased my Skechers Go Walk 7 - Free Hand 2 shoes from the official Skechers online store on August 19, 2025. Despite wearing them a few times for short periods, they are causing severe pain and pain in the back of my foot (heel). While there are no visible deformities, the excessively rigid internal support area in the heel causes pain and irritation during use. This significantly reduces the shoe's comfort. I believe the product does not meet Skechers' comfort standards and may have a manufacturing-related fit issue. I request that the product be inspected and, if deemed appropriate, a gift certificate or exchange be offered. I believe the product is not the result of user error; I would also like to point out that I reserve the right to refer the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee if any negative results are encountered.
