Skechers Denied My Warranty Claim After My GO Run Shoes Deformed

I purchased a pair of Skechers GO Run shoes, and after about seven months of use, a deformation appeared on the right side. The issue persists continuously and is noticeable with every wear. Considering the short usage period, I believe this is a quality issue rather than normal wear and tear. I bought the product with a credit card and, since it is under warranty, I contacted Skechers customer service, but my request was rejected. I am requesting that the shoes be evaluated under the warranty and replaced.
