I purchased the Skechers Delson 3.0 Ruth shoes from the online store on June 6, 2024, and started using them for daily wear. Over time, the "Heel Pillow" feature, designed for extra comfort, began to tear. This shoe is marketed with the "Hands-Free Slip-ins" feature, allowing effortless wear without bending or using your hands. Disappointed by this defect, I contacted customer service. However, they responded with the following:
"Dear Customer, after reviewing your product under request number 1-423670, we found no manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, we cannot approve your request. B002."
A shoe marketed with innovative features should not experience such issues. I expected better quality and support from Skechers. Don’t make the mistake I did. Skechers, please take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.
