I am writing regarding a serious withdrawal issue I am facing with Parimatch betting from Hyderabad, India. I requested an IMPS withdrawal of ₹3,000 on March 23, 2026, but even after all this time, the withdrawal is still pending and has not been credited to my bank account.
This withdrawal is associated with Ticket ID #85611569, Player ID 334036626, and Transaction ID 172473729. In the system, it is still marked as “New,” and there has been no meaningful progress or resolution despite the long delay. I have already provided my bank statement for verification as requested.
I have contacted Parimatch support multiple times, and although the issue has been escalated to the payments team, I am repeatedly told to wait without any clear explanation, timeline, or solution. There are no other issues with my account—this is the only transaction that remains unresolved.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the lack of proper support. I request that my ₹3,000 IMPS withdrawal from March 23, 2026, be processed and credited to my bank account immediately. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation for this delay and prompt resolution of my case.
