I reached out to Skechers, explained the situation, and provided them with the reference numbers from my bank. However, Skechers insisted that they had received only one payment and suggested that I contact my bank once more. I followed up with my bank, and this time they clearly stated that the issue lay with Skechers, leaving me stuck in this frustrating situation. I kindly request that this problem be resolved promptly, as I should not be burdened with paying twice for a single pair of shoes. My order number is 1586670, and I have attached screenshots of the payment for reference. Additionally, during the purchase process, Skechers sent two passwords, and my phone automatically entered them, resulting in a double payment. I sincerely hope for a swift resolution, as it is inconvenient to have to make repeated calls regarding this payment issue.
