Siemens EQ500 Integral Coffee Machine Has Recurring Faults - I Want a Replacement


I purchased a Sinbo SCM 2953 filter coffee machine and on my fifth use the water tank burst. I sent the product to the Izmir Buca service and after waiting about 10 days, I was informed that the water tank was changed, but the product was returned to me in a broken state again. I find it unacceptable that a product becomes unusable so quickly and that even after service intervention the problem is not properly resolved. I have the invoice and service form for the product and can submit them if needed. Considering the short usage time, the malfunction of the water tank and the unsatisfactory service process, I no longer trust this device. I request a full refund for the Sinbo SCM 2953 filter coffee machine as I do not wish to continue using this product.
