I purchased the Sinbo SC 7602 carpet and upholstery cleaning machine. After a short period of use, the product stopped working — it no longer sprays water or suctions water. This issue has been ongoing for approximately two months. I sent the product to the authorized service center under warranty, and it was delivered to them on January 31, 2026. The service center advertises a 20-day repair commitment and states that if the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new unit or an upgraded model. Despite this, exactly 20 days later, on February 20, 2026, the product was returned to me without the issue being fixed. When the service center received the product, I did not receive any SMS, phone call, or email notification. Moreover, both the product box and the machine itself arrived from shipping soaked in water. I have lost valuable time and have been left with a product that still does not work. I absolutely do not accept this situation, and I will file complaints with all relevant authorities, including the Consumer Arbitration Committee, until my grievance is resolved. I am attaching the video I recorded when sending the product to service, as well as photos taken after receiving it back from the service center. I am requesting that Sinbo replace this carpet cleaning machine with a new one under warranty, since the defect has not been repaired. I want my complaint resolved as soon as possible.

My Sinbo SC 7602 carpet washing machine has been defective for about three months, yet my problem cannot be resolved under warranty. The product, which reached the service on 31.01.2026, was supposed to be repaired within a 20‑day guarantee period, and I was told that if it could not be repaired it would be replaced with a new one or a higher model. Nevertheless, exactly 20 days later, on 20.02.2026, the machine was returned to me without the fault being fixed. I filed a complaint about this. The call centre gave me a shipping code to resend the product, and I sent it back to the service on 24.02.2026. The product was again returned on 17.03.2026 without the defect or the faulty parts being repaired; because of a holiday break I only received it on 27.03.2026. Despite sending the product to the service twice, each time it was sent back to me with the defect still present and I still cannot use the machine properly. I live in Bitlis, and sending the product, waiting, and receiving it again creates additional hardship for me.

Having experienced the same problem twice shows that the product has not been fully repaired and no permanent solution has been offered. I do not want to keep dealing with endless shipping and service processes, and I have lost confidence in this product. I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board; a brand that does not stand behind its product and its commitments and causes such suffering to its customers cannot exist. I will neither buy nor have anything bought again.

For the reasons stated above, I request that my Sinbo SC 7602 carpet washing machine, whose defect has never been resolved under warranty, be replaced with a new one. I ask that my hardship be remedied without further delay.

It's been 15 days since the product was shipped to you. You haven't responded or sent any information message. There can't be another brand that causes so many customers to suffer.
