My Sinbo SC 7602 carpet washing machine has been defective for about three months, yet my problem cannot be resolved under warranty. The product, which was sent to service on 31.01.2026, was supposed to be repaired within a 20‑day repair period, and I was told that if it could not be repaired it would be replaced with a new unit or a higher model. Nevertheless, exactly 20 days later, on 20.02.2026, the machine was returned to me without the fault being fixed. The call centre gave me a shipping code to resend the product, and I sent it back to service on 24.02.2026. The product was again returned on 17.03.2026 without repairing the defect or the faulty parts; because of the holiday break I only received it on 27.03.2026. Despite sending the unit to service twice, each time it was sent back to me with the fault still unresolved and I still cannot use the machine without problems. I live in Bitlis, and sending the product, waiting, and receiving it again creates additional hardship for me.
Having experienced the same problem twice shows that the product has not been properly repaired and no permanent solution has been offered. I do not want to keep dealing with the endless shipping and service process, and I have lost all confidence in this product. I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board; a brand that does not stand behind its products and commitments and leaves its customers this much suffering cannot exist. I will neither buy nor have anything bought for me again.
For the reasons stated above, I request that my Sinbo SC 7602 carpet washing machine, whose defect has never been resolved under warranty, be replaced with a new one. I ask that my hardship be resolved without further delay.
