Cracked Sinbo Coffee Maker Filter, No Warranty Coverage

I sent a photo of the Sinbo coffee maker to WhatsApp on June 7th because the filter was cracked. Not receiving a response, I wrote again a week later, on June 13th at 5:30 PM. The response was that the working hours end at 5:00 PM, as if only a week had passed since my initial contact. Anyway, the next day, June 14th, I was told that the parts are not covered by the warranty and can be sent for an additional fee. I replied that the cracks started from the bottom of the product, indicating a manufacturing error, not a user mistake. A response to my message came about two months later, on August 10th. Presumably, as an apology for the delay, they said they would send it for free the first time. I provided the address and began to wait. Until August 28th, the tracking number was sent, but the item was never shipped. When I asked why, I was told that the item is ready but has not been shipped, etc. On August 28th, I said they've been dragging this for 3 months, please send it. The response came on September 1st: your invoice has been issued, the item will be shipped soon. I think it's just terrible that they said "soon" when almost 3 months have passed. In the end, if you buy products from this brand (Sinbo), assume that you are buying without a warranty, and if you need a spare part, remember that you won't even get it for money.
