League of Legends Unplayable Due to Extreme Ping Spikes

I’m a Turkcell Superbox user based in Osmaniye, Turkey, and I’ve been experiencing serious issues with my internet speed. During online games like League of Legends, my ping constantly fluctuates between 1000–3000 MS, making it impossible to play. This problem has been ongoing for a long time, and the poor connection quality makes the service nearly unusable. It’s very disappointing to pay for a premium plan yet receive such low performance.

When I contacted Turkcell customer support, they simply told me that Superbox is not suitable for gaming and offered no real solution. I’ve been paying my bills regularly and am currently under a service contract.

I expect Turkcell to fix my internet speed and connection quality so I can receive the service I’m paying for. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
