My Siemens washing machine began damaging clothes, and when the service technician arrived, they discovered scale buildup in the drum and replaced it. It took a good two months for the problem to resurface again. Unfortunately, the issue has come up again, and the machine, which was quite expensive, is once more causing damage to our high-end clothing. The technician, with extensive experience in laundering garments from different brands, casually brushed off the issue, stating that it was beyond their control and there was no solution available. Is this the level of quality we can anticipate from Siemens?
