Siemens IQ300 Washing Machine Ruined My Clothes With Pilling and Detergent Stains

In December 2024, I purchased a Siemens IQ300 WG42A1X2TR washing machine, which I currently use in Konyaaltı, Antalya.

Since the day we bought the machine, we have been experiencing serious fabric damage problems with our laundry. In particular, black clothing develops heavy lint buildup and pilling after washing. In addition, even though we always use both liquid and powder detergent in the recommended amounts, the clothes consistently come out of the machine covered with white detergent stains.

The same issue also occurs when we wash newly purchased clothes in this machine for the very first time. Even after a single wash, the clothes show pilling and white residue problems. Photos related to these issues are included in the complaint attachments.

These problems have continued for approximately two years. For a long time, we believed the issue might have been caused by the detergent or by our own usage habits, so we tried different detergents and paid close attention to washing programs and detergent dosage. However, despite all these attempts, the same problems continued without any improvement, which led us to believe the issue was caused by the washing machine itself.

Following our complaint, an authorized Siemens service team visited our home. They cleaned the machine, performed a test wash using clothes they brought with them, and then stated that the machine was “operating normally” before leaving.

However, despite this service visit, the lint buildup and white detergent stain problems on our own clothes did not improve at all.

When we washed the same clothes in our neighbor’s older Siemens washing machine, we did not experience the same level of detergent stains or excessive pilling. This comparison made it even clearer that the issue is specific to the machine I purchased.

I have the original invoice and warranty documents for the product. Despite this, the problem has not been resolved, and no fault with the machine has been officially acknowledged.

Because this washing machine is clearly damaging my clothes and failing to meet reasonable quality expectations, I request that the machine be taken back and that I receive a full refund for the product.

I also request that my complaint be reconsidered by taking into account the fact that these problems have continued for a long time, that even newly purchased clothes are damaged from the very first wash, and that the same clothes did not experience these issues in another Siemens washing machine. I kindly ask for a proper solution to be provided as soon as possible.
