Siemens Hob E07C.P0120 Igniter Not Working
I bought a Siemens built-in hob, model E07C.P0120, in 2024 and about six months after purchase one of the four burners started to have an ignition problem. Since then I have been unable to use that burner properly and the problem has continued. I created a service request and for about a year this issue has still not been resolved despite the records that should already be in your system. Living in Sinop city center, I find it very disappointing that such a persistent fault in a relatively new product has not been permanently fixed. During this entire period I have not been able to use that one burner at all, which has caused me financial loss and serious inconvenience. I have done my part repeatedly by creating fault records and also speaking with the dealer, but no solution has been provided and I feel clearly aggrieved by this process. I now request a full solution in the form of complete product replacement, refund of any repair costs taken so far, or a definitive, lasting repair of the burner ignition problem. In addition, due to the financial loss and loss of use I have suffered, I am considering filing a compensation lawsuit. I ask for this process to be handled urgently and for my victimization to be eliminated as soon as possible.
I wrote to you on August 22. After that, you called me only once, saying you would come that day. I wasn’t available, so I told you to come the next day, and the next day nothing happened—why did the phone answer? About three days ago I was called again; they said they would come at the end of September, but I’m sure a company as indifferent and unresponsive as yours will never succeed again. I no longer care that the product is faulty; believe me, I’m upset about why I bought from this company, everything up to the sale, because you, I and my wide‑reaching audience understood this thanks to you.
