Siemens IQ300 LC65FCJ20T Cooker Hood Excessive Noise Issue
I purchased and had a Siemens IQ300 LC65FCJ20T cooker hood installed in my home in Bartın Merkez on 18.02.2026. From the first use, the device has made an excessively loud noise and a disturbing humming sound during operation, which is far above what can be considered normal for a cooker hood and creates serious discomfort in daily use. Due to this problem, I contacted Siemens authorized service. During the visit, the staff behaved in a very indifferent and arrogant manner, which made me feel unsupported as a customer. After their examination, I was told that this very high noise level is “normal.” I do not find this explanation acceptable, because the sound level is clearly disturbing and prevents comfortable use of the product. Because of this situation, I am not satisfied with the product and I do not want to continue using a cooker hood that works with such a noise. I kindly request a refund for the Siemens IQ300 LC65FCJ20T cooker hood and the resolution of this issue in my favor as soon as possible.
The product's loud noise issue is still ongoing, the service greeted me rudely, and my refund request has not yet been processed.
They said the sound was normal; to avoid being a victim yourself, don't buy this brand.

We can't get it to work because of the loud noise and balance. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Do not buy this product at all; you'll encounter problems and won't find anyone to help you. The kitchen is ruined.
