Siemens HB557JYS5T Oven's LED Display Failed After Just 10 Uses
I can't believe that the LED display on my Siemens HB557JYS5T oven stopped working after just 10 uses. Although the other functions of the oven are currently operational, it is quite frustrating for a device with such limited utility to experience this problem. I need a quick solution from Siemens for this problem.
Hello, the oven panel arrived today (23.08.2024) and was installed. The service technician, Mr. Gökhan, was very polite and helpful. However, after the panel was replaced and there seemed to be no issues, we noticed that the oven fan was constantly running. While he was trying to fix the problem, an intermediate level of electrical heating occurred as he pulled one of the oven's cables, and subsequently, the oven completely stopped working. Following this, he took the oven from me to take it to the service center. As Siemens, I kindly request you to replace my oven with a new one in the name of customer satisfaction. After all, it is not normal for an oven that has been used at most 10 times to have such malfunctions, and I cannot continuously spend my valuable time on the oven at regular intervals.
