In October 2022, we purchased a Siemens stove, and 15 days after purchase, marks began to appear. Subsequently, a service was called, and intervention was requested. The service that came informed us that this was due to the cleaning spray for the device and that we needed to use it. We bought the spray and used it. But as you can see in the photos, the result is disastrous. Now we are contacting Siemens again, and they are saying it is user error and suggesting that we buy a new one. The spray they provided, or rather sold, and the condition of the stove are very clear in the photos. If it were user error, I suppose it would be the same for all of them. The product is defective, and I want the necessary action to be taken.
