Double Charged, No Refund Hassles Siemens Coffee Machine User

I got a coffee machine around a week ago. I had to cancel the order I paid for online and buy it again from the website because there was a problem at the store. I was supposed to get a refund because I canceled the initial order. But nobody has dealt with this issue, and I still haven't gotten my money back. Basically, I ended up paying twice for one product, and it seems like there's no way to get a refund. Hey, it's my billing date today and I really need the refund ASAP. I reported the problem online, but they haven't given me a useful solution yet. I want to talk to someone in charge at your call center. Right now, someone is telling me, ""It's Sunday, they left work at 5 PM."" Are you a nearby grocery store? All the appliances in my house are Arçelik brand, but this time I decided to try Siemens, and it has been a total disappointment. I've never had a problem with Arçelik, but with Siemens, it feels like there's always something going wrong. I won't buy anything from Siemens ever again. Arçelik is way ahead of you in terms of customer satisfaction and everything else.

My problem is still ongoing. They made a gas release call just to appear like they were concerned. Your company is like a joke.
