Sidra Chain Google Authenticator Issue Blocking Account Access

For the last two months, I have been having problems with Google Authenticator on the Sidra Chain mobile app. The authenticator sometimes misbehaves and gives me a very hard time before I can even open and use the app. Because of this, I request that Google Authenticator be disabled on my Sidra Chain account and that my account be reactivated so I can access it normally again. My Sidra Chain username is “MlsAli” and my email address linked to the account is “abba***[email protected]”.
