Sidra Bank 2FA Reset Request After Device Loss

I am a Sidra Bank app user based in Lagos, Nigeria, and I have been unable to access my account since early December after losing my Redmi phone. My two-factor authentication for the Sidra Bank app was set up on that phone, and I unfortunately did not back up my Sidra 2FA codes. As a result, I have been locked out of my account for about two months. I kindly request that the two-factor authentication on my account be disabled or reset so that I can regain access through alternative verification methods. I am fully ready to provide any necessary information or documentation to verify that I am the rightful owner of the account. I have already sent several messages and emails to Sidra Bank customer service about this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I ask that my case be urgently reviewed and that I be contacted with clear steps to restore access to my account.
