Dear Sidra Support, I mistakenly deleted my authenticator code from the app, and as a result I am unable to reset or recover my password. Please help me disable the Authenticator Verification on my account. I only have one verified account with my ID 18347865***. I have a Sidrachain account registered with the email address salisui***[email protected], and I am currently unable to access it due to a problem with Google Authenticator verification. I had enabled Google Authenticator (2FA) for this account, but I mistakenly deleted the Sidrachain code from the Authenticator app, so I can no longer generate login codes and cannot sign in to my account. I contacted Sidrachain support and requested help with disabling Google Authenticator for my account, but I have not received any response or information so far. Because of this, my account remains locked and I am unable to use your services. I kindly request that my identity be verified through alternative methods and that the Google Authenticator / 2FA protection on my account be urgently disabled so that I can regain access. In addition, I ask that you review the time I have been unable to access my account and consider appropriate compensation for this period.

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding my access to my Sidra Chain account. On 10/11/2025, I lost access after I accidentally deleted the Google Authenticator entry that was generating my 2FA codes. I no longer have access to my backup codes, so I am completely locked out of my account. My Sidra Chain account is registered with the email address salisuibrahi***@gmail.com, and my name is Salisu Ibrahim. I joined Sidra Chain on May 22, 2024, and have been using the service since then without any issues until this 2FA problem occurred. I have already tried to contact Sidra Chain support, but I have not received any clear answer or case number, and my access issue remains unresolved. I kindly request that you urgently disable or reset the 2FA on my account so that I can log in again and immediately set up a new authenticator key. I would appreciate your prompt support in restoring my access, as I am currently unable to use my account due to this 2FA problem.

I use Google Authenticator on my Android device and recently I mistakenly deleted all my verification codes in the app. Because of this, I have completely lost access to my Sidra account, which I was protecting with Google Authenticator.

After losing the codes, I tried to reach Sidra for support, but I have not received any response so far and I am still unable to log in to my account. At the moment I am effectively locked out and cannot use my Sidra account at all.

I request that support be provided so that I can regain access to my Sidra account, either by helping me restore my access or by offering a secure alternative verification method so my identity can be confirmed and my account can be reopened.
