Dear Sidra Support, I mistakenly deleted my authenticator code from the app, and as a result I am unable to reset or recover my password. Please help me disable the Authenticator Verification on my account. I only have one verified account with my ID 18347865***. I need the authenticator disabled so I can continue using Sidra and access my benefits. My ticket for another complaint is cmie63ybh00gqnn01x5yqkcn2. I have a Sidrachain account registered with the email address salisui***[email protected], and I am currently unable to access it due to a problem with Google Authenticator verification. I had enabled Google Authenticator (2FA) for this account, but I mistakenly deleted the Sidrachain code from the Authenticator app, so I can no longer generate login codes and cannot sign in to my account. I contacted Sidrachain support and requested help with disabling Google Authenticator for my account, but I have not received any response or information so far. Because of this, my account remains locked and I am unable to use your services. I kindly request that my identity be verified through alternative methods and that the Google Authenticator / 2FA protection on my account be urgently disabled so that I can regain access. In addition, I ask that you review the time I have been unable to access my account and consider appropriate compensation for this period.

Here is the account email *****************************. I writing because I urgently need help access to my account after losing my authentication and recovery information. On 15/06/2026, my bag was stolen at my workplace, and inside it were my phone, laptop and the backup where I had stored my Sidrachain authentication code and recovery character code. Now, when I try to log in to my Sidrachain account, the system only asks me for the authentication code or the recovery character code, which I no longer have because they were lost along with my devices and backup. There is no way for me to log in or reset my access from my side, and I effectively locked out of my account. I kindly request that you urgently assist me by disabling the two‑factor authentication and the recovery character code on my Sidrachain account after verifying my identity with any other methods you require, so that I can access my account again. Thank you
