Sidra Account Locked for Two Months Due to Google Authenticator 2FA Issue

15

For about two months I have been unable to access my Sidra account, which is registered in Qatar and linked to my Gmail address “alha***ee76@gmail” because of a problem with Google Authenticator. Each time I try to log in, the system asks for a Google Authenticator verification code, but the app no longer recognizes my Sidra account and does not generate a valid code. As a result, my login attempts fail and I am completely locked out of my account and my assets. I reached out to Sidra support for help with this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I am very concerned about being unable to access my account for such a long period. I kindly request that my Google Authenticator (2FA) be disabled or reset for my Sidra account, after verifying my identity through another method such as ID verification or email/phone confirmation, so that I can regain access to my account and assets as soon as possible.
