I Can't Access To My Sidra Account To Verify Me Due To Authenticator

For about the last four to five months, I have not been able to access my sidra account, which is linked to my Gmail address “babakakab***@gmail.com” because of a problem with Google Authenticator. I lost access to my previous authenticator and, since then, whenever I try to log in to my sidra account I am asked for a verification code from Google Authenticator. I have already installed a new authenticator app, but it does not recognize my account and I cannot get a valid code, so I am completely locked out and cannot reach my assets there. I request your support to solve this authenticator problem by helping me disable or reset the old Google Authenticator connection so that I can verify my identity in another way and regain access to my sidra account and my assets as soon as possible.
