Lost Access To Sidra Chain Email Account - Need Urgent Recovery
I lost access to my email account, which has caused me significant difficulties. I am unable to receive important messages, recover linked accounts, or access my personal information stored within. I urgently request your assistance and clear guidance on how to restore or recover my Sidra Chain account as soon as possible. I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain account on the Android mobile app for a long time because the system keeps asking for an authenticator code that I no longer have access to. When I try to log in, the app only requests the authenticator code and does not give me any alternative way to verify my identity or sign in. I still have access to my registered email address, but I cannot use it to recover my account.
I previously contacted Sidra Chain customer support about this problem, but I did not receive any response and my access issue is still not resolved. I find it very worrying that I am locked out of my own account for such a long time just because of the authenticator, even though I can prove my identity with my email.
I kindly request that my account be permanently recovered and that the old authenticator be disabled, or that you provide me with another secure method to log in using my registered email. I want to regain full access to my Sidra Chain account as soon as possible and I ask you to respond to my request urgently.
