Shortswave Cancelation Request Again

I am a Shortswave subscriber in Barbados and I am having a serious issue canceling my subscription and stopping the charges. My subscription is registered under the account name/email Visitor-3cIcr***. On 30 June 2026 I requested the cancellation of my Shortswave subscription, and I repeated this request again on 9 July 2026, both times by email. Despite these clear cancellation requests, I was still charged on 4 July 2026 and again on 11 July 2026, and the total amount taken from my account is 74.46 BDS. Shortswave does not allow screenshots from within the app, and the charges appear on my bank statement. There is also no option in Google Pay for me to cancel the subscription myself. I believe I have taken all reasonable steps to cancel in time, yet the subscription remains active and the charges continue. I request that Shortswave immediately cancel my subscription, stop any future billing, fully refund the charges of 74.46 BDS taken on 4 July and 11 July 2026, and provide written confirmation that the subscription is canceled and no further debits will be made.
