I am using the ShortMaxTV Weekly Pro subscription on my Android phone. I started the subscription on 31 March, and since 4 April, I have been trying to cancel it, but the system does not allow me to cancel the subscription. Because of this issue, I contacted ShortMaxTv customer support, and they sent me a one-time link for a cancellation request. However, even after using this link, the problem has not been resolved, and for the past 24 hours, my subscription has been active, and I am unable to cancel it. I request that my ShortMaxTv Weekly Pro subscription be cancelled immediately and that I receive clear confirmation that the cancellation has been completed.
