ShortMax Subscription Not Canceled and Bank of America Card Still Charged

I had a subscription with ShortMax Innovations / ShortTV, which I canceled on January 15. Despite this cancellation, the company has continued to charge my Bank of America credit card $19.99 every week. I have been charged on January 22 and 29, and on February 5, 12, 19, and 26, even though I was no longer using the service after my cancellation date. The subscription is associated with my email address woemmelber***@gmail.com, and my Facebook account is also linked to this service. The charges appear on my statement as “SHORTMAX INNOVATIONS WWW.SHORTTV.LCA.” Each time I receive their blanket email, I respond with my account information and proof of the unauthorized charges, but I never receive any reply from them, and the payments continue. After the charge on February 26, I requested a new account number from my bank to prevent further withdrawals, and I plan to dispute these charges with Bank of America. However, I am extremely dissatisfied that a cancellation request has been ignored and that there is no effective customer response despite clear communication on my part. I request a full refund of all charges taken after my cancellation on January 15, and I also want written confirmation that my ShortTV / ShortMax subscription has been completely canceled and that my account and associated data have been permanently deleted so that no further charges can occur.
