Cancellation Of My Subscription From Shortmax

I am writing regarding continuous charges made to my account by ShortMax, even though I unsubscribed from the service via the Apple Store on my iPhone on 30 September. Despite this cancellation, I was charged again on 25 March for 12.99 USD, on 1 April for 12.99 USD, and again on 8 April from my card issued in Denmark. I did not authorize these renewals after my cancellation date. I have not been able to reach ShortMax or Apple support about these unauthorized charges yet, but I want this situation to be resolved as soon as possible. My visitor number with ShortMax is 103161399. I request that my subscription be fully cancelled, my card details be completely removed from the ShortMax system, and that all amounts charged after 30 September be refunded to me. I kindly ask you to investigate this issue urgently and confirm in writing that the subscription has been cancelled, my card information has been deleted, and the relevant refunds have been processed.
