I am being charged on my Apple Card for services I do not use and never knowingly subscribed to, and I would like these subscriptions to be cancelled immediately. On 3/6, I noticed charges from “Shortmax Innovations” and “Reelshortw-677332129” on my Apple Card statement, with amounts of 19.99 and 31.97. I have never downloaded, registered for, or started any free trial related to these services, and I do not recognize these apps or subscriptions. After seeing these charges, I contacted Apple Card support. They informed me that I should contact someone from the apps or service providers directly, instead of resolving the issue through them. This has left me in a difficult position, as I am being billed for services I do not use and cannot easily reach a responsible contact. I request that any subscriptions or recurring payments linked to Shortmax Innovations and Reelshortw-677332129 on my Apple Card be immediately cancelled and that no further charges be allowed to go through from these entities. I also ask for clear information on how and when these subscriptions were started, as I did not authorize them. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved as quickly as possible so that I am no longer charged for unwanted services.
