Shopify Store Fails to Provide Clear Return and Cancellation Steps
On December 26, I placed two orders using my credit card on the website https://www.asiahorse.com.cn/, which operates on the Shopify platform. Later, I wanted to cancel these orders and request a refund; however, it is completely unclear on the website where or how to submit an order cancellation or return request.
My order numbers are 26452025 and 26472025. Because the order cancellation and refund process is not clearly explained or easily accessible on the website, I am unable to determine which steps I am supposed to follow, and this situation has caused me inconvenience and concern.
I request that my orders be canceled and that the full amount I paid be refunded to my credit card. I also ask that the merchant contact me through Shopify regarding this process and complete my cancellation and refund requests as quickly as possible.
