About one month ago, I placed an order for jewelry accessories through Zincir Online. My order number is ESD1597, and I paid ₺500 at the time of purchase. The delivery address provided was: Toros Mahallesi 78181. Sokak, Coşkun Apartmanı, B Blok, Kat 2, No: 9, 01170 Adana.
After placing the order via Shopify.com, I only received a basic order summary by email. No invoice or warranty certificate was provided.
Since then, my products have never been delivered. I repeatedly tried to contact the seller via email, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The only response I ever received was a vague message claiming there was a shipping delay. After that, all communication stopped, and I have had no updates whatsoever. My order is still missing.
Because of this, I am requesting a full refund of the ₺500 I paid. Customers should not be left waiting for weeks without their order or proper communication. I expect an urgent resolution to this issue.
