On September 5, 2025, I ordered an iPhone 12 case from the Instagram store noircase.co. The product was delivered on September 11, 2025, under order number 8958. However, the cases I received look nothing like the ones advertised. The color, pattern, and material are completely different from what was shown in the product photos.
Naturally, I attempted to initiate a return. I tried contacting the seller multiple times through the Shopify store, Instagram messages, and email, but I never received a response. Later, I left a comment under one of their Instagram posts, but my comment was deleted without any reply. To this day, I have not been provided with a return code, and I cannot reach anyone responsible.
I paid a total of ₺589.80 for these products, and I am demanding both a return code and a full refund as soon as possible. It is unacceptable to deliver the wrong items, ignore customer messages, and silence complaints on social media. I expect Noircase to take immediate responsibility for this issue.
