Zillowear Shopify Store Fails to Ship Order, No Response from Seller
On October 22, 2025, I placed two separate orders (#2635 and #2634) from the Zillowear store hosted on Shopify, purchasing two sweaters and two plush jackets that were on sale. It has now been 10 days since my purchase, but my items have not been shipped, and I have received no updates about the status of my order. The tracking page only says “Processing.”
I have sent multiple emails to the store, but received no response. There is no customer service line or live chat support, making it impossible to reach anyone. I paid approximately $45 by debit card, and the delivery address was Çankaya, Ankara.
I request that my order be shipped immediately, or, if that is not possible, that my payment be fully refunded as soon as possible.
