Ordered from Shopify—No Product, No Contact, No Refund

I placed an order from the Shopify store "Peluş Evi", but I have not received my product. The contact details provided are incorrect, and there has been no shipment update or communication.

I selected fast shipping, yet my order hasn’t arrived, and I haven’t received any tracking information. At this point, it seems like the seller has no intention of delivering the product. I tried to reach out, but there’s no response from any of their listed contacts.

Shopify, I demand a resolution! Either refund my money immediately or ensure my order is delivered as soon as possible. This kind of seller should not be allowed on your platform!
