Flowdia Fails to Deliver Herbal Diffuser, Customer Demands Refund

On October 16, I placed an order for a herbal diffuser from Flowdia (Order #1311) through this Shopify order page. I completed the purchase by paying approximately $49 USD (₺1,749.90) and requested delivery to Bahçelievler, Istanbul.
However, since that date, my order has neither been shipped nor have I received any updates from the company. I have reached out to customer service multiple times, but I was continuously brushed off and told there were supplier-related delays. Shortly afterward, I was completely blocked, and I am now unable to contact them at all. No timeline was provided for either product delivery or refund.
I feel completely misled and defrauded by this experience. I request that the amount I paid be refunded to me immediately and that this issue be resolved without further delay.
