I Got Billed $800 for Two Shopify Stores I Didn’t Create and Can’t Cancel

I recently discovered that two separate Shopify stores have been opened under my name without my knowledge or consent. Each store has generated a $400 charge, totaling $800 in debt. I have no idea how these stores were created or how these charges were applied to my account. I never received any confirmation or warning emails, and I certainly did not authorize these subscriptions.

Now, I’m stuck in a situation where I can’t delete the stores or cancel the subscription plans. Shopify’s system keeps looping me back with no resolution, and I haven’t been able to get proper help through support.

I cannot afford to pay this amount for services I never used. I urgently request Shopify to cancel both stores, terminate the plans, and remove the $800 debt from my account. Please treat this matter seriously and respond promptly.
