The product I ordered did not arrive as expected. It was supposed to include a note, but it arrived without it. I tried to contact the seller, but they never responded.

I then requested a refund through Shopify, but they claimed they weren’t responsible and showed no interest in helping. I submitted a refund request again, but no one is assisting me or resolving the issue.

This has been a very frustrating experience. I will never buy from this platform again, and I do not recommend it to anyone. If something goes wrong, you're completely on your own. Shopify needs to take responsibility for sellers on their platform.
