I Face Missing Ice Pack and Fake Support Number for Serinilatör Order on Shopify

I ordered a product called Serinilatör through a Shopify store. The product listing clearly showed it included an ice pack, which was a key reason I made the purchase. After waiting 4–5 days, the package finally arrived—but the ice pack was missing from the box.

I immediately tried to contact the seller using the phone number provided in the order details (555 *** ** **), but the number is fake and cannot be reached. There’s also no working support email or chat system. I’ve been left with an incomplete product and absolutely no way to get help.

This “missing accessory” and “fake customer service contact” situation is completely unacceptable. I demand that Shopify either have the seller send me the missing ice pack immediately or issue a full refund for the incomplete Serinilatör order.
