On October 7, 2025, I placed an order through Shopier from the brand Basemanwear for khaki shorts with black tights and an anthracite long-sleeve sports t-shirt. My order number is 238945857. The products were shipped a full week later, and when they arrived, they looked completely different from the images, were in different colors, and were of very poor quality. Although I ordered size XL, the items were extremely small. I requested a size XXL, but my request was not fulfilled. Even though the product description stated that returns and exchanges were available, I repeatedly contacted both the seller and Shopier customer service, but no one responded. I have been experiencing this issue for 10 days and feel wronged despite having paid ₺1,120 by credit card. This was my first purchase through Shopier, and the lack of customer support has been extremely disappointing. I am requesting either a refund or a size exchange and expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
