PhotoGrid Charged My SeaBank Account After a Trial I Wanted to End

I am writing to report an issue with a PhotoGrid subscription on my Android phone via Google Play Store. About one month ago, I only intended to use PhotoGrid for a 1‑month trial to edit work photos, and I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription or recurring payments. My ShopeePay number was linked, but because there was no balance there, the payment was automatically taken from my SeaBank account instead. On 4 June 2025, an amount of Rp 587,190 was automatically deducted from my SeaBank balance for a PhotoGrid subscription that I did not knowingly continue or approve. I was not aware that I would be charged this amount after the trial and I did not want to subscribe. This is the first time I have experienced something like this and I feel very disadvantaged and harmed by this situation. After noticing the deduction, I immediately contacted Google Play support to request a refund. However, my request was rejected, even though I clearly explained that I only used the service as a one‑month trial and did not intend to renew the subscription. This situation is very difficult for me because I currently do not have any other money left for my daily living expenses. I kindly request a full refund of Rp 587,190 to be returned to my SeaBank account and the immediate cancellation of any active PhotoGrid subscription linked to my Google Play and ShopeePay details. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible so that I am not financially burdened by a service I did not mean to continue using.
