Check your order and gather proof first;
• Log into your account
• Take screenshots of:
– Product page (expected quality)
– What you received (photos/videos)
– Order confirmation
– Payment receipt
This will be your main evidence.
Contact ShopCider support immediately;
• Use email or contact form
• Include:
– Your order number
– Photos showing poor quality
– Clear explanation: “item not as described”
• Ask for:
– Return instructions
– Full refund
You usually have 14 days from delivery to request a return
Start the return process;
• Go to “My Orders” → select item → “Return”
• Follow instructions and get return label
• Send item back with tags and original condition
Items must be unused, unworn, and with tags to qualify
If they offer partial refund or store credit;
• Do NOT accept unless you agree
• You have the right to request a full refund for poor quality
