Shiseido Sunscreen Foundation and Powder Caused Excessive Facial Hair Growth

I recently purchased a Shiseido sunscreen foundation and powder, expecting the quality and safety associated with such a premium brand. However, after using the products, I began noticing an unusual and extremely upsetting side effect—excessive facial hair growth.
My cheeks, in particular, have become noticeably hairier than before, something I have never experienced with other cosmetics. Concerned, I visited Dr. A today, who confirmed that the reaction was caused by these products. This has left me not only distressed about my appearance but also uncertain about how to resolve the issue.
It is truly disappointing that items marketed as high-quality skincare and makeup could result in such an adverse effect. As a customer, I trusted Shiseido to deliver safe, dermatologically tested products, and this experience has left me both frustrated and concerned.
I expect Shiseido to take responsibility, investigate this issue, and provide guidance or compensation to address the damage caused. No customer should face such consequences from products they believed to be safe and reliable.
