Dermosen Took My $115 Payment for Shiseido Compact BB and Ghosted Me

On August 11, I ordered the Shiseido Compact BB product from a website named Dermosen. I completed the payment of $115 via credit card, and even though the transaction went through successfully, my item was never shipped, nor was I provided with any updates. My order number is 4071.

Despite reaching out to the company multiple times via the email address listed on their website, I received absolutely no response. They have neither shipped the product nor provided an explanation. Being met with total silence after my payment was collected leaves me feeling exploited and defrauded.

I demand an immediate full refund of the $115 I paid or the urgent shipment of my order, along with a formal written update regarding this situation.
