Rimmel London Item Missing - I Didn't Receive

I placed an order on Amazon.ae that included several items, among them a Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder Beige. The total amount I paid for the order was 113.94 AED. According to the order details and tracking information, all items were shipped together under the same tracking number. Today I received the package, but the Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder Beige was missing from the delivery, even though the other products with the same tracking number arrived. There was no note or explanation about a separate shipment or out-of-stock situation. I kindly request that the missing Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder Beige be either sent to me as soon as possible or that a refund for this item be issued to my original payment method.
